Packet Pick-up and Very Late Registration

GAR Packet Preview

Once you are registered for the run or wish to register for it, you must pick up your race packet at the GAR Sports, Health and Fitness Expo, Neal Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall, Pikake Room, 777 Ward Avenue, Honolulu.

Packet Pick-up and Very Late Registration is held on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the Presidents’ Day weekend. Hours are:

Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All very late registrants must pay the posted parking fee and the Expo entry fee. Both are nonrefundable.

Parking before 4:00 p.m.: $5
Parking after 4:00 p.m.: $6
Expo Entry Fee: $4 general admission, $2 military with ID, free for individuals 65 years and older, free for children 12 years and under with a paying adult

Pre-Race Postcard

A pre-race postcard is issued to all pre-registered participants. The card has a coupon for free parking at the Blaisdell Center and a coupon for free entry into the Expo. The postcard is mailed to all Hawaii addresses about 7-10 days before race day.

All cards with non-Hawaii addresses and cards that have been returned to sender are held at our GAR Information Booth located on the main concourse between the Exhibition Hall and the Arena. Please have a volunteer check for yours.

Parking Refund

If you lost or did not receive your pre-race postcard and you are a pre-registered participant, volunteers at the GAR Information Booth will verify your registration and give you a postcard. Use the parking coupon on the card and your parking receipt to get a refund from the Diamond Parking attendant when you exit the parking area. GAR volunteers cannot refund the parking fee.

Packet Pick-up and Very Late Registration Center

Once inside the Exhibition Hall, proceed to the Pikake Room to pick up your packet or to register for the run.

After you’re done, visit the many vendor booths; take a spin at our prize wheel; and if registered as part of a Presidents’ 100 Club, pick up your goodie bag.

Please check back in February for 2012 Floor Plan. Thank you.
