The Finish: Aloha Stadium

Finish

At the 6-mile marker, you see the round rusty shape of the Stadium. It gets bigger and bigger and you think the end is in sight. Not! You first must go through the Stadium gates and manuever through almost a half mile of parking lot before heading down North Tunnel to the Great Aloha Run Finish Line on the Stadium Floor.

You made it! Caution is advised when hitting the green astroturf on the Stadium Floor. Be aware that after 8.15 miles of pavement, your legs may give way when stepping onto the soft stadium floor.

CROSSING THE FINISH LINE INTO THE CHUTES

Crossing the Finish Line
  • Military/Sounds of Freedom - From parking lot, merge to left, down the tunnel, left chute.
  • Wheelchairs and Handcycles & Strollers - From parking lot, merge right, down tunnel, and finish under the huge finish line banners.
  • All Runners & Walkers - Runners must cross the finish line mats so that an electronic signal will record their finish for an accurate finish time. You must have a start signal recorded from the start line and a finish signal recorded in order to get an official time.

At the Finish Line, continue off the Stadium floor and into the distribution area for water, snacks and your finishers’ t-shirt. Your timing chip DOES NOT have to be returned. It is a one time use chip.
  • Keep clear of Finish Line area.

POST RACE DISTRIBUTION

Post Race Distribution

Love's Bakery snacks, water sponsored by ING Direct, bananas and other goodies can be picked up before the finishers’ t-shirt distribution.

Once through the Finish Line, proceed outside the stadium floor to get your refreshments and well-earned finishers’ t-shirt. Runners are asked to keep moving through the distribution area quickly as this area is small and must accommodate all of our 20,000+ runners.

Participants should plan to meet their parties outside the distribution areas by designating a meeting point inside the stadium where you can take in the Stadium Party Entertainment, Awards Ceremony, Fabulous Prize Giveaways and Special Events.
