The Race

Parking Information

You can park at the Stadium and catch a bus Downtown, or you can park Downtown and catch a bus after the race from the Stadium to Downtown.

Carpooling is strongly advised! It's more fun riding together and you can sleep on the way. But if you insist on driving, here's the scoops on parking:

 

STADIUM PARKING:

  • It's free but limited. Overflow parking at Kam Lot.
  • Gates open at 3:30 am.
  • Salt Lake Blvd. gates closed to cars by 6:30 am for runners' safety.
  • Gates to Aloha Stadium parking on Halawa side off Kahuapaani Hwy. remain open all morning to drop off and pick up runners.

 

DOWNTOWN PARKING:

  • Ample parking available on side streets. Check meter signs. Holiday rates apply.
  • Garage parking also available at most Municipal parking lots: Kukui Plaza, Chinatown Gateway etc. Holiday rate is $2.
  • Downtown streets makai of King St. will close to automobile traffic from 4:30 am.
