GAR Race Packet Pick-up
Whether it’s your first run or your 31st, we’re here to get you to the start line! Over three days of the Presidents’ Day weekend, run participants converge at the Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run Sports, Health & Fitness Expo, Neal Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall, 777 Ward Avenue, Honolulu for packet pick-up and very late registration.
Race packet (running number, timing chip, pins and race
instructions) pick-up and very late entry is held at the
Kaiser Permanente GAR Sports, Health & Fitness Expo, Neal
Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall, Pikake Room, 777 Ward
Avenue, Honolulu. Dates and times:

All pre-registered participants will receive a postcard for free admittance to the Kaiser Permanente GAR Expo
and discounted parking, subject to availability, at Neal S. Blaisdell Center. No packet will be issued without a prerace postcard or ID. If you have pre-registered for the race and do not receive a pre-race postcard, obtain a parking receipt from the Blaisdell parking booth attendant, then verify your registration at the GAR Information Booth (on main concourse) to gain Expo admittance and parking reimbursement instructions.
Late registration participants do not receive free admittance to the Kaiser Permanente GAR Expo or discounted
parking at Blaisdell Center.
U.S. mainland and international participants: Pre-race postcards are not mailed outside of Hawaii. Please pick
up your postcard at the GAR Information Booth before entering the Expo.
All participants registering for the run at the Expo must pay the posted parking fee and Expo admission. There are no discounts or refunds.

Pre-registered participants receive a pre-race postcard with coupons for discounted parking at the Blaisdell, subject to availability, and free admittance to the Expo. Participants with a Hawaii address may expect their mailed postcard about 5-7 days before race day; postcards are not mailed to U.S. mainland and international addresses.
Pre-registered participants who do not receive or misplace their pre-race postcard must still pick up their race packet at the Expo. This group includes those with a U.S. mainland or international address, those whose postcard is returned to sender, and those whose postcard never arrives. If this describes your situation, pay the posted Blaisdell parking fee and get a receipt, then stop at the GAR Information Booth on the concourse, outside the main entrance to the Exhibition Hall. Our volunteers will check for a postcard or verify your registration and give you a postcard with a parking coupon and free admittance to the Expo.
If you need to change your address before we mail out your pre-race postcard, please email your request to to ensure you receive your pre-race postcard. All changes must be received by January 25, 2015.
The parking fee is not refunded to participants registering for the run at the Expo. A partial parking refund applies only for pre-registered participants who do not receive their pre-race postcard. Use the postcard you were given by our GAR Information Booth volunteers. Present the parking coupon on the postcard and your parking receipt to the Diamond Parking attendant when you exit the parking area to receive a partial parking refund . GAR volunteers cannot refund the parking fee.
Packet pick-up and very late registration are held inside the Pikake Room where participants receive their race packet with a running number, timing chip, pins, and final race instructions. It’s THE place to seek race-day advice on parking, shuttle schedules, aid stations, and more!
Race packets are only released with a pre-race postcard or photo ID. Family and friends may pick up race packets for others, but the runner’s pre-race postcard or written authorization must be presented. No race packets are mailed.
